The fault grounds in Ohio are: adultery, willful absence for more than one year, extreme cruelty, habitual drunkenness, gross neglect of duty, fraudulent contract, imprisonment in a state or federal penal institution. The no-fault ground is incompatibility. We represent clients with and without children.

• Dissolution: A no-fault divorce where both parties agree on all terms to terminate the marriage. We can help you prepare all of the required paperwork for a smooth dissolution process.

The Office of the Attorney General of Ohio, has a fund for victims of crime. You may be eligible for an attorney, free of any charge to you, for your protection order and for filing your compensation claim.
